Ingredients: 12 oz. Fat free cream cheese Crust: Fat free Graham Crackers
3/4 cup Sugar Margarine
2 Eggs Mix filling ingredients together until smooth.
2 tsp. Vanilla Crumble Graham Crackers until fine consistency.
Add melted margarine to hold crumbs
1 tsp. Lemon juice together. Press into pie tin to make crust on bottom
and side. Pour mixture into crust
1 tsp. Lemon peel and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cool 10 minutes.
Topping:
8 oz Sour cream (fat free)
1/4 cup sugar Refrigerate for 5 hours.
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix topping ingredients until smooth.
Pour topping onto cake and bake 5 minutes.
