Maralyn, This list is not "vegan", it it "vegetarian - fatfree".. Honey,
eggbeaters, nonfat dairy, etc are allowed.
Wine is allowed, it is fatfree.
Coconut is not, it is high in unsaturated fats, bad for the arteries.
Oils are allowed in minute quantities, such as: a few drops of chili or
sesame oil, a quick spray of nonstick cook oil, etc. take the olive oil
down to drops instead of tablespoons and it is allowed.
