brown rice

Dear Allison:
I also like to cook a large amount of brown rice when I
cook it.  Then I package it in serving size and freeze.
Takes only a minute or two in the microwave to have it
ready to eat.  I would not want to leave it out of the
refrigerator for long since it is moist and would sour.
