Hello!
There was someone who was wondering what evaporated skim milk was like,
and what to do with it. It is like a very strong skim milk. I use to
replace cream, in coffee or tea, or in cream sauces like alfredo. It
even makes Kraft Dinner tastier. In baking I use 1/2 skim milk, 1/2
evaporated skim milk. I wouldn't recommend it plain, use in foods,
drinks, and baking. :P
