Carla,
About your Acapulco days:
there are two types of tortillas:
flour - tortillas de harina, these have lard
corn - tortillas de maiz, these do NOT have any fat
Suggestion, do NOT eat anything that cannot be peeled. That is no
strawberries, no lettuce, no celery, etc. Do NOT eat in the street with
street vendors, however clean they may look. Do eat peeled fruit and
vegetables, that is peeled tomatoes, peeled apples, etc. This is not to
have Moctezuma's revenge as it is called.
Enjoy Acapulco and your cruise.
If you have more questions, please feel free to email me.
take care
