I just got it in the mail today... it's got some great vegan recipes and
at least various ideas for methods of vegan cooking. However, it is not
fatfree/healthy or even close in some instances (one brownie recipe called
for 1 1/4 cups of vegetable oil, for example), and is pretty
tofu-dependent. So be forwarned... good recipes, but they will take much
adapting.
