Not at all a stupid question:
PETA stands for "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals". They're a
national animal rights organization. Please don't take my mention of their
cookbook as an endorsement of the organization itself.
I will try to remember to remember to bring it to work tomorrow (seriously -
that's how crazed my life is right now!!) so I can post the list of mail order
"health food" sources.
