I saute shitake mushrooms with other vegies, such as eggplant, zucchini,
celery, red peppers, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and broccoli in
vegetable broth, water, tamari and husain (sp) and spices to make my
version of a Thai dish and put this over rice. The vegies blend well
together and if you like spicey, its a great dish. Shitake mushrooms
add a wonderful flavor.
