In answer to your question. A gram of fat contains slightly over 8
calories, therefore you have 35.2 Fat Calories. Which means that you have
37.82% of Fat Calories in the serving. Most nutrionists recommend 30% fat
calorie intake. This figure is an accumlation of total calories consumed
in a day. So therefore depending on the rest of the food consumed during
the period you have your answer.
I personally mostly use Mori-Nu Lite Silken Tofu which has the following:
Serving Size: 6 oz (168 g)
Calories- 70 Fat Calories- 10
Protein- 12 g
Fat- 1 g
It works well in stir-fry veggies, I have substitutued it in some dairy
desserts and it worked well for me.
