Christina asked about more choices for baked potato toppings. Here are my
favorites! Fatfree of course:
Chili beans
Thick lentil soup
Stew (any kind if its thick)
Any Indian style curries
Spagetti sauce
Essentially, I try to keep my diet varied (to prevent allergies from eating
the same foods all the time). So I often use baked potatoes in rotation
with pastas and rice. If you like it with rice or noodles, you will
probably like it on top of a good baked potato.
