i'm not sure if it was a local restaurant that was being reviewed, but uno's
pizzaria offers this item on their menu. it is truly delicious and can be
picked up and eaten just like a pizza. i'm unaware of how to make it, but if
you wanted to try it uno's is the place to go. it is under the list of
appetizers.
