I have a recipe for a lentil loaf that uses 1/2cup eggbeaters.
Is this the same as other egg replacers? I have an Australian
brand called Orgran No Egg that uses 1 teaspoon of powder
and 2 tablespoons of water to make up 1 egg.
Would I use 1/2 cup of the powder or make up mix to equal
1/2 cup? It seems like a lot of powder to use, about the equivalent
of 10 or more eggs!
