We love to spray umeboshi vinegar on air-popped popcorn - put the vinegar
in a spray bottle - it is very salty and sour so a little goes a long way
and I have learned to be careful because it can make the popcorn mushy -
with a bit of practice it comes out tasting great.
Umeboshi vinegar is made from salted plums. It is available in health food
stores or oriental markets.
