I would also like to know if we can purchase Quorn in the USA
(California). After reading Maralyn's post, I am a little confused
about just what quorn actually is. On a recent trip to England, I had
the product several times; everybody stating that it was made from
mushrooms, etc - NO MEAT. It is used in England as a vegetarian
substitute for meat. Must say that it tasted like mushrooms combined
with some kind of soybean product such as used in tempeh. Appreciate
hearing from anybody that knows about this product.
