Thanks to everyone who gave me the telephone number for Dixie, I did
finally get the catalog and will be ordering the Nutletts cereal, it was
highly recommended on a healthy heart listing.
I have recently become addicted to bean dishes made from dried beans.
When I was in Italy, many restaurants had a white bean with tomatoe and
sage dish that I have been making and it is delicious. I'm using
Northern beans. I have also made adzuki beans and of course lentils
which I have always cooked with. Since I'm on this "kick" does anyone
have any interesting bean recipes? Also, what other beans have you
tried. Do they all taste more or less alike?
