Hi there,
Sweet potatoes (or Kumara as we call them in New Zealand) are like
any other root vegetable. E.g. potatoes are a little over 1% cff, and
sweet potatoes are about 2.5% cff. Both are low in fat and great as
part of a balanced diet.
