re; protein powder

I was wondering if anyone has used protein powder in a shake or smoothie and
whether they can recommend one? I find if I have a protein shake with fatfree
soymilk, fruit and a little protein powder at 4 pm I don;t get hungry until
dinner, whereas otherwise I will eat  anything I can get my hands on! Any
ideas?
