I would recommend Wehani "brown" rice (I say brown because it still has
its bran, but it's red in color). The Lundgren (sp?) company sells it,
and I've seen it available at several HFSs. It's a little more expensive
than regular brown rice, so maybe you could mix it in with the regular
stuff. It tastes very different from regular rice, very "nutty". I think
it's much higher in fat, though, too.
Also try brown basmati rice, it's very yummy!
