Just a note about Natural Ovens of Manitowoc -
Their bread is wonderful and filled with all the good nutrition that you like
to see in products. Their web site is:
http://www.naturalovens.com/

They do ship their products. Their web site gives the nutritional value and
ingredients for all their breads so you can check it out ahead of time.
Many of their breads contain things like flax seed, Oat Bran, Wheat Germ,
Canola Oil,
Wheat Bran, Oat, Millet, Honey, etc,

I'm probably a bit biased since I am from Manitowoc, but I go to their little
store at their plant and buy the thrift bread (products that have reached their
shelf date or got squeezed too hard, etc.) I freeze these and they still taste

wonderful toasted. I feel like I'm eating something that is healthy and
beneficial to me instead of just taking care of some hunger urges.
