1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp spicy mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vegetarian worsteshire sauce(optional)
1/8 tsp tobasco sauce or ground chili pepper
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp curry powder
Combine all ingredients, and toss over vegetables in a 1 quart plastic bag.
Allow to marinate for an hour or more and then grill or bake in the oven
till desired tenderness.
