Mustard is wonderful, isn't it? (hee, hee!)
I like a bit of dijon mixed into a ff 'cream sauce' on pasta. Skim milk thickened with flour and flavoured with herbs or a bit of veg. stock powder...then a spoonful of mustard stirred in. If I recall correctly, I think I've even made mustard dill or mustard onion bread in my bread machine.

Now, as for fruit pizza, I read a recipe that used a pizza base with stewed apples on top. The 'tomato sauce' was cream cheese, and the pizza was spiced with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. If ff cream cheese is a problem to get (as it seems to be in Ontario), yogurt cheese or dry curd cottage cheese would do fine, I'm sure.
I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the 'durian thread' a few weeks ago. With my mind made up, I went to an Asian supermarket and decided to track one down to try. It took a good half hour of trying to explain the fruit to...well...anyone who I could get hold of in the hustle and bustle. Finally a shopper fluent in both english and chinese understood my descriptions and found them for me. Well worth the effort!!! The fruit is out of this world, and I look forward to my next durian treat.
