To lisa who doesnt find a good soy milk:
Why not try yogurt on cereal or if you are trying to avoid dairy how about
soy yogurt?
If you put it on dry cereal it is great, and if you mix it with whole
organic oats about 10 min, before eating them, you dont need to cook it!
Add fruit etc. or try fruit juice on granola. (a little too sweet for me,
but some people love it!)
