I bought some lentils yesterday and have no idea how to cook them. I had a
dish once that was lentils and rice. There was some sort of sauce but it
wasnt wet enough to be a casserole. You could just tell that the flavor was
*soaked in* as opposed to being sprinkled on..lol. Does anyone have any
cooking tips or recipes for me? Does anyone know the difference in color? If
it matters I bought red ones.
