XANTHAN GUM


Hello all !

I have heard of using xanthan gum as a thickener / stabilizer/ and
emulsifier.
My dilemma is, I've got a 4oz bag of which I know not how to use or what to
use it in ?
Any ideas / recipes from this creative bunch would surely be appreciated.
