Hey Everybody!
I have not eaten meat for the last three years and I recently gave up
eggs and most milk products. So now, I am mostly living on multi-
grain bars, steamed vegetables, salads, and lots of fruits. Another
thing that I have been eating on a regular basis is Yves
tofu/vegetable burgers and hotdogs. When looking at the nutritional
information on the back I see that both fat and calories are quite
low. However, I did notice that the sodium level is through the
roof! So my question is "ARE THESE PRODUCTS AS HEALTHY AS THE
COMPANY SAYS THEY?" Also, I love to eat dill pickles, but the sodium
level is very high on them too. SHOULD I GIVE UP THESE PRODUCTS ALL
TOGETHER?
THANK YOU
