Balsamic Drizzle

A cook on a  local cooking show recommended sprinkling Balsamic Drizzle on
roasted veggies, and after trying it, so do I!  Take a bottle of Balsamic
Vinegar and boil gently until reduced about half.  Make certain to have open
windows and a good, strong fan blowing at the time!  Hehehe, I thought my SO
was going to pass out from the smell.
