Hungarian Goulash
1c Potatoes; peeled, sliced
1c Onions; chopped
2lg Garlic cloves; pressed
1 1/4t Paprika
1/2t Caraway seeds
1 Bouillon cube, vegetable
2T water
1c Peas, fresh or frozen
1/2t Black pepper
2c Tomatoes, fresh; chopped
3 1/2t Marjoram
1/4c veg stock (was originally oil)
3c Noodles, eggless; cooked
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the
noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then
serve over hot noodles.
I saved this from a newsgroup a while ago and haven't tried it yet
but it sounds good.
