wholewheat pasta
broccoli
chopped tinned tomatoes
mushrooms (chopped)
garlic (chopped fine)
basil or mixed herbs (dried or fresh)
veggie stock cube
black pepper
Boil Pasta and broccoli with stock until tender.
Use a small saucepan to heat half of tomatoes. Add garlic, mushrooms and
basil. Heat gently for 5-10 mins. Add rest of the tomatoes and black
pepper.
Drain pasta and broccoli and crush the broccoli with a wooden spoon. Add
sauce and serve.
