Thanks to Donna Dee for the Broccoli Quiche
in Potato Crust recipe. I made it over the
weekend, and am having the leftovers for lunch
right now. It's delicious!
I had more potato slices than would fit in a
single layer on the bottom, so I just doubled
up, and baked it for longer, no problem.
