I just can't get over sweet breakfasts. The only savory item I *used* to
eat were omelets, and they just aren't my friends these days. =-)
Here's a quick and easy breakfast from McDougall's MWL.
Sweet Potato Beginnings
2 baked sweet potatoes
2 bananas, sliced
1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
1/2 t cinnamon
Peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Mix in the fruit. Sprinkle with
cinnamon to serve.
4 servings.
It sounds too easy, but this is the best, and very filling!
