Yogurt Cheese

For Max Weaver who wanted recipes using yogurt cheese. There are two
cookbooks using yogurt cheese. The first "Not Just Cheesecake!" published
in 1988 and the second "SNACK to your Heart's Content!" published in 1990.
Both are written by the same authors - Marilyn Snore and Shelley Melvin.
The first book had a third author - Charlie Crawford. You might be able to
find these books in a Used Book store. Hope this helps.
