I don't have any specific recipes for sodium free foods, but you can start
by stop adding salt to foods and being very careful with canned foods and
convenience foods. All the condiments (mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles,
pickled peppers, etc) are very high in sodium. You can buy low sodium or
salt free versions of some foods, read labels carefully.
To flavor fresh vegetables, there are many salt free seasoning mixtures
available in the herb and seasoning section of most supermarkets. A squeeze
of fresh lemon juice adds mush flavor, too.
