One of my favorite salads relies on red cabbage as its base. I usually
just shred the red cabbage and any other vegetable (onions, peppers, cukes,
zucchini, broccoli, tomatoe, etc?) Then I add garbanzo beans and some times
black olives (can be omitted) and then I top with a ff caesar or italian
dressing. It lasts for up to a week in the refrigerator.
About the power foods list. I subscribed a few weeks ago as well and have
only received maybe one or two postings. I think the list is just very new
and not all that many people are posting. When more people subscribe I'm
sure it will pick up.
