I've been thinking of doing the MMWL thing after finally finding the
book here in Australia, and was wondering how well the recipes freeze.
Because I'll be the only one eating this way, I thought it would be a
good idea to cook up the whole recipe and freeze the remaining portions.
Has anybody done this? and which recipes were the most successful to
freeze?
