Flax seed/egg white sub.

Flax seeds can be used as an egg white substitute>

Have you ever tried grinding them prior to simmering? I think I will >give it a try.


I have not tried grinding the flax seeds first ... let me know if the 'gel like' substance still forms after grinding. I do grind the seeds and put them on my cereal every morning -- yummy!
