I would just like to make a comment about Randall's oat
bran muffins, containing 3 cups or so of oatbran and no
flour. I questioned him about this and he assured me it
would work. As a bread baker, I do let them sit and
"raise" for about 30 minutes,before baking, and should also
say, to me they are much better the next day and days
after.
This is just a superior all grain muffin, easy to prepare,
and a staple at my house. So thanks for sharing, Randall!
