What exactly is this called? Whole Foods carries Alvarado Street products,
but I haven't seen this. I'd like to ask them to order some.
BTW, the Alvarado Street sprouted grain bagels, hamburger and hot dog buns
are most excellent! No added fat. Whole Foods carries them here, and
Seekers carries the bagels. Both have the bagels in the refrigerated and/or
freezer sections.
