There is an excellent buffet restaurant chain in Colorado that goes by the
name of Healthy Habits. They specialize in healthy food, and label every
dish they offer with a list of ingredients and nutritional information.
Adults pay $6.99 for all you can eat at lunch, and $7.99 for dinner;
under-twelve's pay half that, and those under two eat free. They have a
staggeringly large salad bar with a huge variety of VLF options. Here is the
