Since you have access to a computer and the internet, there's lots of sources 
available.  I know being a new vegetarian is kinda overwhelming at first.  I 
couldn't figure it out at first til I started reading everything I could get 
my hands on.  There's so many good recipes to try and lots are easy.  I'll 
send some links here and you can look them over, ok?  If you have any
