I served this on Thursday night:
Vegetable Spaghetti
1 Spaghetti Squash
1 jar fat free spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms if you like them)
Serves 4-6 people
Put the whole squash in the microwave (poke with a fork to vent) for 5
minutes. Cut in half, place in a baking dish with about 1/4 cup water, and
put back in microwave about 8-10 minutes more, until cooked.
Scrape out seeds and discard. Scrape flesh in to a serving dish.
Serve with warmed sauce on the side, ff parmesean (if you do that) green
salad, and french bread.
