I just realized I made a mistake in my "too tired to cook" list yesterday. I mentioned a gyros mix that was really good, but I got the brand name wrong. The correct brand name is Casbah Timeless Cuisine, and it's made by Sahara Natural Foods in Berkeley California. Mea culpa!
