And one more question: when roasting peppers, if the final result is going
to be pureed, is it really necessary to remove the skins? Since we eat the
skins of raw peppers and sauteed peppers, why not eat them roasted? And
especially when recipes often say that it's not necessary to remove every
last bit of skin? I'm big on time-saving techniques.... :-)
