Re:Asparagus

Jaques Pepin always uses a veggie peeler on the lower part
of the stalks of asparagus - there's a much smaller part
that needs to be cut off that way, as the inside is quite
tender farther down than you'd think.  That way I get to eat
more of that lovely treat!  Yum - I think I'll pick some up
on the way home.
