My favorite dressing for this kind of salad is to mix up one tablespoon of
fatfree mayonnaise with three tablespoons of plain yogurt, a smidge of lemon
juice and a bit of mint. You will have to decide how much of this to use
according to the number of carrots, raisins, etc. Just use a one to three
ratio with the mayo and the yogurt, and increase the other two as needed.
