veggie burrito

My hubby & I frequent a restaurant called the Cactus Grill and last night I
tried to approximate their veggie burrito.  I
I ended up making a quick convenient meal with leftovers!

1 cup of cooked rice (white or brown)
1 can of black beans
1 can of mushrooms
1 box of frozen greens ( I used kale - but spinach or broccoli would be
fine)
1 onion
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
1 cup of trader joe's chipotle salsa (any salsa will do)
fat-free wrappers (we used low-fat jalapeno ones for an extra kick)

First sautee the onion and garlic  in any type of stock.
Defrost the frozen greens in the microwave.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
Wrap up in a wrapper and enjoy!
