vegan chili

2 cups T.V.P
1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir


2 cups  canned cooked kidney beans              =20
3 large onions chopped
1 red or green pepper
5oz tin tomato paste
14oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes
2 1/2 cups water
5 stalks of celery, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, minced
(ajust seasonings to taste. this is for very spicy chili)
2 chopped japaleno peppers
1/3 cup chili powder
2 tblsp ground cumin=20
1 tblsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot flour

cook in crockpot on high for 5 hours
on low for 7-8 hours
you can also cook it in a large pot on stove medium heat for one hour
