Introduction
This is the easiest recipe for a fall treat. It is completly fat free
and very light for a Thanksgiving dessert.
Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mis-one step kind
1 can pumpkin 15 oz size
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment or wax paper, set aside. Preheat
oven to 350. In small bowl mix pumpkin with the spice, set aside. In
mixing bowl mix cake as directed on package, when done take 1 cup of
cake batter and add to pumpkin mixture. Spread pumpkin mixture on bottom
of pan. Spread the rest of the cake batter over the pumpkin mixture.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden and done. Remove from oven,
flip upside down on a towel or more wax paper. Gently peel the paper
off the bottom and roll up jelly roll style. Cool.
