Sorry for the delay! Here it is:
1 1/4 cups grapenuts
1/8 to 1/4 cup anything sticky and sweet (I use maple syrup...just
*slightly* more than 1/8 cup. You can use frozen apple juice concentrate,
jam, etc.)
Combine, and press into a 9" pan.
