Tamago
1 cup egg beaters
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Beat together and pour into a 9 inch square skillet. Cook until the bottom
has set and then carefully turn over and cook the other side. When cooked,
cut into small rectangles and refridergate.
You can eat them plain, with soy sauce or anything else you like on sushi.
To make sushi out of the rectangles, place onto a cluster of cooked and
cooled sushi rice, and use a small slice of nori to hold them together.
One of my better midnight snacks, just leave it in the 'fridge and eat a
slice whenever you fee like it.
