Well, up here in Canada, there is a 'Veggie Ground Round' which I imagine is
similar to Gimme Lean or some such.  We have purchased Taco Seasoning in
large containers, under the brand of 'Heart-Loc'.  It's cooked the same way,
using about 3/4s of a cup of seasoning to one cup of water.  Toss it in a
pan with the veggie ground round, and let it simmer and reduce to the right
consistancy.  Makes great Tacos, Nachos, etc....
